This course is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their confidence and feel more confident in themselves.
Hypnosis is a natural state that we go in and out of daily. The hypnosis part of this course is not suitable for people who have epilepsy or bipolar disorder unless you have your doctor's approval.
Once you join, you’ll have ongoing access, so you can revisit the tools whenever you need them
Sessions are £125 each at Bradfield Sports Complex, Reading, or via Zoom. As mentioned, I work on a 2-session basis. Payment for both sessions is required 24 hours before the first session. Each session is 50 minutes. You will receive a complimentary mini-course after your first session, which includes hypnosis and meditation audio files, as well as tips on maximising the benefits of hypnosis and utilising Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
